China NE/PL-type Chain Conveyor Bucket Elevator Manufacturers, Pricelist

Product Description

Introduction

PL(NE)-type Chain Bucket Elevator is composed of the moving part (hopper and traction chain), the upper section with driving sprocket, the lower section with tension wheel, the intermediate housing, the driving device, and the reverse braking device and so on.

The hopper of this bucket elevator is discontinuous arrangement, which is used for loading by "drawing method" and unloading by "centrifugal feeding method".

The traction structure of the bucket elevator is two ring chains, so it is also chain drive bucket elevator or Chain Hoist.

Manufacturing and Installation Methods
According to different requirements, the chain bucket elevator has the following different manufacturing and installation methods:
1. Hopper Shape S method -- with deep garden bottom hopper
Q method -- with shallow garden bottom hopper
2. Upper Discharge Ports X1 method -- discharge port with inclined flange
X2 method -- discharge port with horizontal flange
3. Lower Feed Port Form J1 method -- the inclined plane of the feed inlet forms a 45 Angle with the horizontal plane
J2 method -- the inclined plane of the feed inlet forms a 60 Angle with the horizontal plane
4. Middle Housing Side Inspection Door K1 method -- lower left inspection door
K2 method -- lower right inspection door
K3 process - upper left inspection door
K4 process - upper right inspection door
5. Middle Housing End Inspection Door Z1 method -- bottom inspection door
Z2 method -- upper inspection door
6. Relative Position of Transmission Left - the drive is on the left
Right - the drive is on the right

FAQ
What are the main components of the PL(NE) Chain Bucket Elevator?
The system consists of a moving part (hoppers and traction chain), an upper driving sprocket section, a lower tension wheel section, an intermediate housing, a driving device, and a reverse braking device.
How does the loading and unloading process work?
This equipment utilizes the "drawing method" for loading materials into the hoppers and the "centrifugal feeding method" for efficient unloading at the discharge port.
What hopper shapes are available for different material needs?
We offer two primary hopper types: the S method, which features a deep garden bottom hopper, and the Q method, which features a shallow garden bottom hopper.
Can the inspection door position be customized for maintenance?
Yes, there are multiple configuration options (K1 to K4 and Z1 to Z2) allowing inspection doors to be placed on the side or end faces, in either upper or lower positions, to suit your facility layout.
How is the transmission side determined for the elevator?
The elevator can be manufactured with the drive unit positioned on either the left or the right side, depending on the relative position and space requirements of your production line.
What is the capacity range for these chain bucket elevators?
Depending on the model (PL-250 to PL-450) and filling factor, the capacity ranges from approximately 22.3 m³/h up to 100 m³/h.
