Introduction

PZH series Disc Feeder is a new type of complete Feeding Machine for feeding and dosing bulk materials. Vibrating Feeder can transfer all kinds of bulk materials, such as small, granular and powdery, from silos, hoppers or other storage and transportation devices to the next process.

Working Principle and Structure

The transmission system consists of a reducer and a pair of rotary support gears, which drive the overhead disk to rotate.
The basic configuration of the motor is AC frequency control type, allowing for adjustable speed to meet specific process requirements.
There are three kinds of lining materials on the disk surface: 16Mn lining, high chromium cast iron lining and polymer non-stick oil-bearing nylon lining.
Users can choose lining materials according to their needs, with other custom types available upon request.
