XBZS vibrating screen
Introduction
XBZS series vibrating screen is a new type of screening equipment, which classify small and medium and large granular materials.
The screen box is driven by two identical vibration motors or ordinary motors with vibrators, and it rotates in the opposite direction to make the whole screen machine supported on the shock absorber vibrate in a straight line. After the material falls into the screen from the feeding end, it rapidly moves forward, loosens, passes through the screen and completes the screening operation.
The vibration damping system is composed of rubber spring, clamp and supporting seat. The bottom frame is composed of stock bin and chassis. This series of vibro screen can be divided into upper vibration type and lower vibration type. Shock absorber installation can be divided into seat type or hanging type. The vibrating screen design and manufacture is in accordance with customer needs.
