High-durability sorting and aggregate conveying systems, precision engineered for efficiency and operational optimization.
Henan Jinte Technology Co., Ltd. (officially registered and established in 2018, with manufacturing roots dating back to 2000) has developed into a preeminent mid-to-large-scale international enterprise specializing in the design, engineering, and mass production of complete screening equipment, industrial vibration machinery, and bulk material conveying products. We provide total system integration for heavy-duty sand, gravel, aggregate, and mineral processing lines.
Our key strength lies in our integration of CAD workstations, CAXA 3D design software, and advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA). This digital approach guarantees that each Trommel Rotary Screen we build is optimized for peak centrifugal force, material distribution, and structural longevity. Our products are exported to countries including Iran, India, Central Africa, and neighboring Asian nations, meeting stringent international benchmarks for energy efficiency and emission control.
Unlocking unmatched sizing efficiency, preventing screen blinding, and processing difficult materials across diverse sectors.
Global manufacturing and mining operations are facing unprecedented pressure to enhance throughput while minimizing carbon emissions. In aggregate processing, municipal waste management, and metallurgical sintering, conventional vibrating screens can struggle with high moisture content, leading to mesh blinding. This is where Trommel Rotary Screens (also known as rotary drum screens) offer key mechanical advantages.
By rotating a cylindrical mesh at optimal velocity, the material cascades inside the drum, ensuring continuous contact with the screening media. The gravitational drop action inherently clears the aperture holes, while integrated mechanical brushes or air knives actively prevent clogging. This makes Trommel Screens the preferred design for sorting organic compost, MSW (Municipal Solid Waste), sticky ores, and damp sand and gravel.
Unlike standard vibratory classifiers, our Trommel Screens employ a specialized internal spiral flight design. This flight structure controls the retention time of the material inside the drum, optimizing classification accuracy. By adjusting the inclination angle (typically between 2° to 7°) and fine-tuning the variable frequency drive (VFD) RPM, operators can quickly adapt to changing material conditions without mechanical downtime.
Jinte screening equipment is designed to operate seamlessly across high-stress industrial applications.
Operating from our modern facility in the Xinxiang Economic Development Zone, Henan Province, China, we maintain a factory footprint of 25,000 square meters. Our production capability is backed by over 80 sets of advanced processing equipment:
These advanced tools ensure precision manufacturing, structural durability under continuous load, and accurate tolerances for wear components like rollers, gears, and drum shafts.

Pioneering eco-friendly engineering, smart diagnostic systems, and wear-resistant modular components.

Ensuring operational reliability through technical support, quick-ship spares, and compliance documentation across continents.
With a comprehensive supply chain and logistics team, Henan Jinte Tech serves processing plants in Iran, India, Central Africa, and the wider Asian region. We recognize that industrial downtime is highly costly, so we support our machinery with regional spare parts depots and field technician dispatch.
Our global engineering service includes initial geological/material analysis, custom layout design using 3D modeling, factory run testing prior to shipment, and supervised installation at the plant site. We provide documentation and certificates of conformity as required for regional import customs clearances.
